Ground Floor
The charming living room is perfect for cozy evenings: a fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere and the spacious sofa area offers plenty of space for cuddling and playing.
The elegant kitchen with modern appliances (dishwasher, microwave, coffee and tea maker, electric stove with oven, etc.) is directly adjacent to the living room. The spacious dining room with flat-screen TV offers a unique view of the mountains. Direct access from the ground floor to the garden and the two terraces leaves you spoiled for choice: breakfast in the morning sun or at the cozy kitchen table? The recently renovated bathroom with rain shower and separate toilet meet all your needs for a relaxing time with the family.
Upper Floor and Basement
You can reach the upper floor via a staircase.
The four stylishly furnished bedrooms, equipped with flat-screen TVs, have direct access to the balconies—two of which offer enchanting, unique mountain views. To avoid bottlenecks in the morning and evening, there is an additional bathroom on the upper floor with a rain shower and a separate toilet.

Chalet Austria is in a prime location on the outskirts of Golling in a quiet cul-de-sac with little traffic.
The center of Golling is a 10-minute walk away, where a range of popular restaurants, charming bars, shops, and supermarkets leave nothing to be desired. The Aqua Salza wellness and sauna paradise is also a 2-minute walk away. A playground and private parking spaces for guests of the Chalet Jagdhaus are located directly in front of the house. The Chalet Austria is also popular with dog owners: numerous opportunities for walking dogs in the immediate vicinity of the house delight not only furry friends, but also their owners. The adjacent Holidaysun apartment building offers the possibility of additional rooms if travel groups exceed 10 people.

By car
Golling is located on the Tauern motorway, one of the most important north-south connections in Austria.
