A villa awakens in the summer of 2025 and presents itself in a new guise. The dreamlike garden with its old walnut tree and thuja and laurel hedges lets the sun shine on your face as you relax on one of the comfortable sun loungers.
The villa is a place for every season. Up to 14 adults and two children will find an idyllic home here. A retreat for friends, families, and anyone who likes to have something special.

Description
The accommodation
Family vacation in a spacious vacation home with a large garden, only 18 minutes from the city of Salzburg (free train ride) and the surrounding ski resorts, such as Ski amade and Dachstein, lakes, and sightseeing attractions—all very close by.
Plenty of space – family time in front of the open fireplace, a relaxed breakfast in the morning sun, boisterous play in the garden, or a cozy barbecue with friends – the spacious vacation home. Shopping facilities, train station, etc. are within walking distance.
Ground Floor
The ground floor features a 40 m² living room with a charming wood-burning stove, spacious sofa area, and modern flat-screen TV.
Its direct access to the spacious garden with lounge furniture not only visually expands the living space, but is also perfect for breakfast or dessert on the terrace. The living room offers plenty of space for board games, movie nights, or other highlights with your whole family.
The open-plan kitchen and dining area with its modern white kitchen is the heart of the house. A dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, and electric stove with oven make it possible to cook for large families and groups.
Upper Floor
Four cozy bedrooms, a modern bathroom with bathtub, and a separate toilet make for a pleasant end to the evening.
Attic
Three additional bedrooms in the attic face south, offering unparalleled views of the mountain scenery from every bedroom.
A stylish bathroom with double sink and rain shower, as well as a bathtub and separate toilet, complete the attic.
Garden
The spacious, south-facing garden delights with its mature trees and flowering shrubs, which offer plenty of hiding places.
A swing, slide, and sandpit make this paradise perfect for children. A terrace with lounge furniture and a practical barbecue station allow for carefree grilling in any weather. On balmy evenings, a long table with seating for up to 16 people awaits for an unforgettable dinner under the stars.
Location
Chalet Stella is ideally located in the center of Golling—yet adjacent to meadows and thus right in the heart of nature.
Shopping facilities, excellent restaurants, and charming bars are all within walking distance. The Aqua Salza wellness and sauna paradise is located right next to Chalet Lucky. The Egelsee recreational area is a 5-minute walk away, and the Golling playground is 10 minutes away. Chalet Stella Golling is also popular with dog owners: numerous opportunities for walks in the immediate vicinity of the house delight not only furry friends, but also their owners.

The villa is located in Golling, a small municipality 30 km south of Salzburg.
By car
Golling is located on the Tauern motorway, one of the most important north-south connections in Austria.

By train
Both local and long-distance trains stop at Golling-Abtenau station.
The Chalet Forsthaus is about a 10-minute walk from Golling-Abtenau train station. We are happy to organize a shuttle service.
