The ground floor features a 40 m² living room with a charming wood-burning stove, spacious seating area, modern flat-screen TV, and direct access to the spacious garden.
The living room offers ample space for board games, movie nights, or other activities with your entire family.
Upper Floor
The open-plan kitchen and dining area with a modern white kitchen is the heart of the house.
A dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, and electric stove with oven make it possible to cook for large families and groups. The 17 m² west-facing balcony with wooden flooring and lounge furniture not only visually expands the living space, but is also perfect for breakfast or dessert on the balcony. Three cozy bedrooms, a modern bathroom with bathtub, and a separate toilet are also located on the upper floor.

The master bedroom in the attic lives up to its name:
The south-facing, floor-to-ceiling panoramic window opens up a view of a mountain backdrop that is second to none. Two further cozy bedrooms, a stylish bathroom with double sink and rain shower, and a separate toilet complete the attic.

A wonderful view of the snow-covered mountains of Salzburg invites you to dream in the sun.
In the evening, the children romp around in the snow or grill bread on sticks over the fire pit. A covered terrace with lounge furniture and a practical barbecue grill allow for carefree grilling fun even under the open starry sky.

Chalet Lucky Family is ideally located in the center of Golling—yet adjacent to meadows and thus surrounded by nature.
Shopping facilities, excellent restaurants, and charming bars are all within walking distance. The Aqua Salza wellness and sauna paradise is located right next to Chalet Lucky Family. The Egelsee recreational area is a 5-minute walk away, and the Golling playground is 10 minutes away. Parking spaces are available for guests directly in front of the house. Chalet Lucky Family Golling is also popular with dog owners: numerous opportunities for walks in the immediate vicinity of the house delight not only furry friends, but also their owners.
