The ground floor offers a charming white bedroom and an adjoining lounge with a flat-screen TV.
as well as a large, modern bathroom with rain shower and separate toilet, providing a private retreat. The ground floor is connected to the main living area via a spiral staircase and has direct access to the garden.
First Floor
The main entrance and main living area of the villa are located on the first floor.
Its centerpiece is the particularly high-quality and stylish kitchen with extensive equipment (dishwasher, microwave, coffee and tea maker, electric stove, oven). The adjoining dining area with a spacious dining table for up to 16 people invites you to enjoy meals and conversation together. You can end the day in the cozy sofa lounge with a large flat-screen TV or in the reading room while the children have fun in the playroom. A bathroom with a rain shower and a separate toilet meet all the needs of modern travel.
Second Floor
The master bedroom is the jewel of the second floor: a bright, particularly large bedroom with a comfortable lounge area and flat-screen TV.
This floor also features two additional cozy bedrooms, a spacious bathroom with a rain shower, and a separate toilet. A charming detail on this level is the small city balcony, which offers a beautiful view of the Hohensalzburg Fortress.

The center of Salzburg, with its world-famous Getreidegasse, Mozart’s birthplace, and the Salzburg Festival Hall, is about a 10-minute walk away. There is a public transport stop in the immediate vicinity of City Villa Wellhouse. Whether you want to go for an hour’s run in the morning or take your dog for a walk, the villa’s prime location offers you numerous opportunities for relaxation surrounded by greenery.
