What drives us is a passion that has been passed down in our family for generations. The Holidaysun Story
It was Nina's grandparents who began their dream at the “Sonnleiten” in Golling.
Grandpa and Grandma Behrendt shared their little paradise with guests. Their daughter Marianne later continued this tradition and turned the Sonnleiten restaurant and café into a special place with her keen sense of enjoyment—driven by the passion that has always been part of the family.
With style and great attention to detail
In 2003, we followed in the footsteps of the hard-working Behrendt family.
Nina (MBA Business & Science) and Andy (qualified physiotherapist) have a keen sense of style and atmosphere. They combine regional comfort with cool design and modern amenities, creating six unique chalets in the Salzburg region and in Salzburg itself. High-quality furnishings, harmonious décor, and many small details ensure that you immediately feel at home.
A heart for families
Nina and Andy have two young daughters.
They understand the value and special needs of families on vacation. That’s why guests at Holidaysun Chalets will find everything families need: from a tree house in the garden to a high chair at the kitchen table or childcare options for a break for two.
